Online Fee Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the online fee payment portal of Sai Public School, Rewa. These terms and conditions govern the use of the online payment services provided by the school in integration with our authorized payment gateway partner(s). By using this platform to pay school fees, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies.
1. Online Fee Payment Policy & Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through various secure online methods facilitated by our payment gateway, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), and Authorized Digital Wallets.
- Currency: All fee transactions are processed and displayed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment Confirmation: Upon a successful transaction, a digital confirmation receipt will be generated instantly on the portal, and an automated email/SMS acknowledgment will be sent to your registered contact details. This digital receipt serves as official proof of payment.
- Receipt: School shall considered the fee paid in full only after it is fully received by School’s financial intuition and not in any intermediate state.
- Convenience Fees / Transaction Charges: Any transaction processing fees, service taxes, or convenience fees levied by the payment gateway or banks are over and above the regular school fees and must be borne by the payer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the school management.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Fee Structure Commitments: Regular school fees (including quarterly/monthly tuition fees, development fees, and transport fees) once paid cannot be canceled or paused midway through the ongoing term.
- Admission Cancellations: In the event a parent wishes to cancel a newly secured admission prior to the commencement of the academic session, the request must be submitted in writing to the Principal’s office.
- Post-Session Cancellation: Once the academic session commences, regular fees paid for that specific installment/quarter are entirely non-cancelable.
3. Refund Policy
Sai Public School, Rewa handles refunds under strict guidelines to ensure transparency:
- Duplicate / Excess Payments: In case a parent accidentally pays the same fee amount twice due to a technical glitch, the duplicate/excess amount will be adjusted for the next fee term after submitting a written application to the school.
- Failed Transactions: If an amount is deducted from your bank account/card but the school portal shows a “Failed” status, the funds are typically held by your issuing bank or the gateway. These amounts are automatically rolled back to the source account by the bank within 5 to 7 business days.
- Admission Withdrawal Refunds: If an admission is canceled before the start of the session, any applicable refund (excluding non-refundable components like the Registration Fee/Prospectus fee) will be processed as per the school’s internal management bye-laws.
- Refund Mode & Timeline: All approved refunds will be credited exclusively back to the original source account (the exact card, bank account, or UPI ID used during the transaction). It takes approximately 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account statement after formal approval from the school.
- Refund Terms: School must be contacted in writing for any kind of refund or adjustments with online payment. Directly contacting payment provider, cancelling or reporting school fees as unauthorized activities are against school policies.
4. Technical and Data Security
Data Protection Disclaimer: Sai Public School, Rewa does not collect, store, or view your sensitive financial details (such as Card Numbers, CVV, or Net Banking passwords). All transaction handling occurs on the highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway server. Parents are advised never to share passwords or OTPs with anyone claiming to represent the school.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of online payment transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
